Job Description

A Computer Operator is responsible for the day-to-day operations and monitoring of computer systems and hardware. This role involves overseeing the operation of computer systems, ensuring that they are running efficiently, addressing any system issues, and maintaining operational records. Computer Operators work with various types of equipment and software, often coordinating with IT staff and other departments to ensure all processes run smoothly. They may also assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues as they arise.

Job Responsibilities

• Monitor and control computer systems during assigned shifts, ensuring smooth operations.
• Perform routine tasks such as data entry, file maintenance, and output management.
