Job Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, and supervise telecalling staff to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.
- Develop and implement calling strategies to achieve lead generation and sales objectives.
- Monitor daily performance metrics and provide coaching to improve individual and team performance.
- Conduct regular team meetings to review goals, share feedback, and motivate the team.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align telecalling efforts with overall marketing strategies.
- Analyze call data and reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Handle escalated customer inquiries or complaints effectively and professionally.
- Maintain comprehensive records of calls, leads, and sales to support reporting and forecasting.
- Stay updated with industry trends and market conditions to inform calling strategies.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and relevant legal regulations in telemarketing practices.
