Key Responsibilities
- Initiate outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on leads.
- Provide detailed information about various insurance products, terms, and conditions.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
- Answer queries related to insurance policies, claims process, and coverage options.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Stay updated with industry trends and changes in insurance products to enhance knowledge and sales effectiveness.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., underwriting, claims) to resolve customer issues promptly.
- Provide feedback to management regarding customer trends and insights for process improvements.
