Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain management information systems and reporting tools to meet organizational requirements.
• Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that support strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with department heads to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure alignment of data reporting with business objectives.
• Ensure data integrity and security across various sources and systems, implementing best practices for data management.
• Prepare and present reports and dashboards to senior management, highlighting critical insights and strategic recommendations.
• Automate data collection and reporting processes, enhancing operational efficiency and reducing manual efforts.
• Train and support staff in the use of MIS tools and techniques to enhance data-driven decision-making across the organization.
• Stay updated with latest trends and technologies in data management and business intelligence to recommend enhancements to systems.
• Oversee the MIS team, providing guidance and leadership to ensure the achievement of departmental goals and performance standards.
• Participate in cross-functional projects, ensuring that data requirements are considered in planning and execution phases.
