Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the Korba region.
- Maintain and expand the client base through continuous engagement and relationship management.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and increase market share.
- Conduct market research and analysis to understand customer needs and competitor offerings.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to clients.
- Negotiate sales contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Manage the sales pipeline effectively, tracking leads, opportunities, and sales performance metrics.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional strategies and campaigns.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitive landscape to senior management.
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote products and gain industry insights.
- Stay updated with industry advancements, product knowledge, and best sales practices.
- Resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and effective manner.
