- Conduct original research in areas of botany and zoology, aiming for publication in peer-reviewed journals.
- Advise and mentor undergraduate and graduate students on academic and career development.
- Collaborate with fellow faculty members on research projects and academic programs.
- Participate in departmental and university committees, contributing to policy development and academic governance.
- Stay current with developments in the fields of botany and zoology through continuous professional development.
- Engage in outreach activities that promote public understanding of biodiversity and ecological conservation.
- Evaluate student performance through assessments, providing constructive feedback to support their academic growth.
- Develop grant proposals and secure funding for research and educational initiatives.
- Present research findings at academic conferences and seminars, fostering collaboration and networking within the scientific community.
