Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement production plans and schedules to meet demand and minimize waste.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations throughout the production process.
- Oversee the sourcing and procurement of raw materials, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Manage and monitor the production process, troubleshooting issues as they arise to ensure efficiency and quality.
- Lead, train, and supervise production staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Establish and maintain quality control procedures to consistently deliver high-quality products.
- Collaborate with R&D teams on new product development and improvements to existing product lines.
- Analyze production metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
- Coordinate with logistics and distribution teams to ensure timely delivery of products to market.
- Prepare and manage the production budget, ensuring financial targets are met.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
- Communicate effectively with other departments to align production with business goals and marketing strategies.
