Key Responsibilities

• Engage children in hands-on learning experiences, encouraging problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Incorporate stories, songs, play, and creative activities into daily lessons to stimulate children’s imagination and individuality.
• Establish routines and set clear expectations for behavior, reinforcing positive social interactions among students.
• Support children's emotional and social skills development through role modeling, conflict resolution techniques, and empathy exercises.
• Communicate effectively with parents, providing regular updates on children's progress and development through meetings, reports, and newsletters.
• Collaborate with other educators and staff to create an integrated learning environment that supports the diverse needs of all children.
• Participate in continuous professional development to stay current with educational trends, methodologies, and best practices in early childhood education.
• Maintain compliance with local and national educational standards, as well as health and safety regulations within the classroom.
• Organize field trips, classroom events, and parent engagement activities to promote community involvement and enhance the learning experience.
