Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to user-reported issues and provide solutions in a timely manner.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software problems across various platforms.
- Perform root cause analysis of recurring issues to identify systemic problems.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, applications, and networks.
- Provide training and support to users on software applications and IT tools.
- Document problem resolutions and technical procedures for future reference.
- Monitor and maintain computer systems for optimal performance and security.
- Work with vendors to manage hardware and software procurements and repairs.
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement system upgrades and enhancements.
- Configure and maintain user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends.
- Assist in the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures.
- Provide feedback for software improvements or upgrades based on user needs.
