Job Title: HR Manager – Automobile Industry
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the business goals of the automobile company.
- Oversee the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding employees.
- Manage employee relations, handle grievances, and resolve conflicts.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations specific to the automobile industry.
- Design and execute performance management systems, including appraisals and feedback mechanisms.
- Plan and coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills.
- Handle compensation and benefits administration to maintain competitiveness in the market.
- Foster a positive workplace culture by implementing employee engagement activities.
- Lead health and safety initiatives to ensure a safe working environment, especially in manufacturing and production units.
- Track and analyze HR metrics such as turnover rates and employee satisfaction.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and workforce planning.
- Ensure timely payroll processing and address employee queries related to compensation.
