Job Responsibilities

• Conduct field visits to demonstrate products or services to prospective and existing clients.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Gather market intelligence, including competitor activities, customer feedback, and market trends.
• Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to clients, showcasing the value of the company’s offerings.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services to existing customers.
• Achieve sales targets and quotas as set by the management team.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, sales, and customer service to ensure an aligned approach to client engagement.
• Report on field activities, customer interactions, and sales metrics to management on a regular basis.
• Stay updated on industry developments and product knowledge to effectively communicate with clients.
• Assist in organizing and participating in trade shows, exhibitions, and other promotional events.
