Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular testing and evaluation of prototypes and designs to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Analyze and troubleshoot design issues, offering solutions to enhance product performance and reliability.
• Research and select appropriate materials and manufacturing processes to realize design concepts.
• Compile and maintain up-to-date documentation related to design projects, including specifications, reports, and change orders.
• Stay updated on industry trends, advancements in technology, and best practices to ensure innovative design solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and other team members.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety guidelines throughout the design process.
