Job Description
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of gantry cranes to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Lead and supervise a team of technicians in performing maintenance tasks and repairs.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and maximize equipment availability.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and provide timely solutions to ensure continuous operations.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate maintenance activities with production schedules.
- Train and mentor team members on proper maintenance procedures and safety protocols.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations, including conducting safety audits and assessments.
- Manage inventory of spare parts and tools required for maintenance activities.
- Prepare reports on maintenance performance metrics and suggest improvements.
