Job Responsibilities
- Monitor daily operations of computer systems and networks, ensuring optimal performance.
- Execute scheduled jobs and batch processing, ensuring timely completion of all tasks.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues as they arise.
- Maintain system logs and documentation to record daily operations and incidents.
- Perform routine backups of data and ensure recovery plans are in place.
- Coordinate with IT support staff to address technical issues and implement solutions.
- Setup, configure, and maintain computer systems, ensuring optimal hardware and software functionality.
- Implement security protocols to safeguard sensitive data and maintain compliance with organizational policies.
- Assist in the installation and testing of new hardware and software systems.
- Communicate effectively with other team members to provide updates and report problems.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay current with technology trends and best practices.
