Customer handling: Handle customer complaints, feedback calls, and appointments
Sales: Make outbound calls to generate leads
Scheduling: Manage and schedule appointments for procedures
Client relationships: Maintain and expand relationships with clients
Lead generation: Work with the sales manager and sales team to generate leads
Customer feedback: Manage client feedback and comments
Client requirements: Communicate client requirements to the operations department
Promotional events: Assist in organizing client promotional events
Payments: Collect payments
