Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential clients and investors to promote commercial properties.
- Conduct market research to remain informed about market trends, property values, and investment opportunities.
- Prepare detailed property listings and marketing materials to attract prospective buyers or tenants.
- Assist clients in understanding property investment potential and provide insights on local markets.
- Manage property showings and conduct open houses to showcase available listings.
- Negotiate sales agreements, leases, and contracts on behalf of clients to ensure favorable terms.
- Coordinate with legal and financial professionals to finalize transactions and address any issues that may arise.
- Maintain and update client database and property management software with relevant information.
- Build and maintain a strong professional network within the real estate and business communities.
- Stay updated on industry regulations, legislation, and compliance standards affecting commercial real estate.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, addressing client inquiries and concerns.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and business growth goals.
