Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the blending operations to ensure products are mixed according to specifications and quality standards.
• Develop and implement blending procedures and protocols to enhance efficiency and product quality.
• Manage blending schedules and coordinate with production teams to meet delivery timelines.
• Train, supervise, and evaluate blending staff to ensure proper blending techniques and safety protocols are followed.
• Conduct regular quality control checks and troubleshoot blending issues to ensure optimal output.
• Monitor and maintain blending equipment, ensuring all machinery is operating safely and efficiently.
• Collaborate with quality assurance teams to assess product outcomes and make adjustments as necessary.
• Assist in the selection and procurement of raw materials to ensure product quality and cost-effectiveness.
• Maintain accurate records of blending processes, ingredient usage, and operational metrics.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to blending operations.
