Job Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain billing processes and procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency in invoicing.
- Collaborate with finance and sales teams to gather necessary billing information and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare and issue invoices to clients based on contracted terms and project milestones.
- Monitor billing activities and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
- Reconcile discrepancies between billing records and client payments.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports concerning revenue and billing activities.
- Address and resolve client inquiries related to billing, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Utilize billing software and ERP systems to enhance billing operations and reporting.
- Conduct regular audits of billing processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in billing management and financial operations.
- Train and provide support to team members and other departments on billing procedures and systems.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers regarding billing matters.
