Job Description
Data Management:
- Maintain and update project-related data, including contracts, invoices, and vendor information.
- Organize and manage project documentation, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
Communication:
- Coordinate internal and external communication, including emails, phone calls, and meetings.
- Act as a liaison between project teams, clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
Administrative Support:
- Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and site visits for project managers and team members.
- Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and other project-related documents as required.
Procurement Assistance:
- Support procurement activities by obtaining quotes, processing purchase orders, and tracking deliveries.
- Maintain inventory records and monitor stock levels of office supplies and materials.
Financial Recordkeeping:
- Assist in managing project budgets, tracking expenses, and processing financial transactions.
- Coordinate with the finance department to ensure timely invoicing and payment processing.
