Job Description
- Data entry and management: Accurately input, update, and maintain databases, records, and files.
- Document preparation: Prepare, edit, and format reports, presentations, and other documents as required by various departments.
- Processing transactions: Handle routine administrative tasks such as processing orders, invoices, and payments.
- Record keeping: Maintain organized records of all transactions, communications, and activities for easy retrieval.
- Support to front office: Provide support to the front office team by managing communications, coordinating with clients, and ensuring smooth operations.
- Email and correspondence management: Monitor and respond to emails, handle inquiries, and route correspondence to the appropriate departments.
- Inventory management: Assist in tracking and managing office supplies and inventory, ensuring availability of necessary materials.
- Scheduling and coordination: Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff and management.
