Job Responsibilities

• Monitor sales performance metrics and provide timely reports to the Sales Manager.
• Generate leads and identify new business opportunities through research and networking.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Assist in training and mentoring new sales team members on sales processes and techniques.
• Prepare sales presentations and proposals for potential clients to drive interest and sales.
• Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends, competitor analysis, and customer needs.
• Support the execution of marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team.
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the company’s products and services to effectively support sales efforts.
• Participate in sales meetings and contribute to strategy discussions for improving sales performance.
• Handle customer inquiries and issues, providing timely resolutions and building lasting relationships.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM software.
